are reservations required?
Reservations are encourage but not required - while reservations take priority, we accept walk-ins based on availability. If we have space available, we would welcome you and your party right in! If we happen to be at capacity, we will hold the door at that time and let parties in first come, first serve once space is available. If you are planning to join us on a walk-in basis, the earlier you can join us, the better!
I tried to make a reservation but it said that nothing was available.
If you tried to make a reservation and nothing was available, there are a few reasons:
- We are currently booked for that date and do not have availability for any more reservations.
- We do not have any tables available for your requested group size. (Please note that reservations are only available for 2-12 guests)
- We are currently opening up availability for reservations 2 weeks in advance - we may not have opened up availability for your desired date at this time
- We may be closed for a private event or not offering reservations due to limited gaming availability due to a private event
As we just opened our doors on November 2nd, we are currently limiting reservations at this time to ensure that we can give each guest that joins us the best experience possible! Please continue to check our website for reservations as the website shows our live/up-to-date inventory and any cancellations or added reservations will appear on the website
I made a reservation - what does the reservation mean? What is reserved?
Our reservations give you priority and guarantee you admittance into the building so you can skip the waitlist. With the reservation, you will be seated at a table in the Garden (our restaurant area), for 60-90 mins, depending on the size of your party, where you will be able to enjoy our Chef-curated, seasonal and locally sourced small plates along with craft cocktails/beverages prior to enjoying all of the experiences and gaming Your 3rd Spot has to offer. We do require the purchase of food/beverage with all reservations.
Am I (and/or my entire party) required to purchase an Experiences Pass?
The purchase of an Experiences Pass is required for entry - whether you have a reservation (where passes are pre-purchased) or joining us on a walk-in basis where Experiences Passes will be purchased upon arrival. The Experiences Pass is essentially an admittance fee (or “cover charge”) to join us - with that, you get access to over 80+ difference experiences/games within Y3S for up to 3 hours! (Bowling is not included but can be added on during your visit for a discounted rate with the purchase of an Experiences Pass. Experience Passes are required for all guests ages 3+)
What if I don’t want to eat? What if I just want to get a drink or play games?
We are passionate about curating a well-rounded experience for our guests, including dining, so we do not currently offer reservations without dining at the moment. Our menu is designed for all appetites big and small and includes desserts so there is something for everyone. With our reservations, we want our guests to come in and start their experience with innovative and exciting food first and then moving on to enjoy all of the other experiences Your 3rd Spot has to offer.
How do you determine availability for walk-ins if I don’t have a reservation?
It is currently based on a variety of factors including the amount of current/expected reservations and overall capacity in the building. We are currently operating at limited capacity (i.e. people) in the building at a given time to ensure that everyone is able to receive the level of service they deserve and enjoy as much of the experiences as possible within the time frame of the purchased Experiences Pass.
Can I just walk-in?
We accommodate walk-ins based on availability and on a first come, first serve basis as reservations take priority - we want to accommodate as many guests as we can, but we are limiting our reservations and walk-ins as we want to ensure the best experience for each and every guest who joins us.
Are you 21+?
We are exclusively a 21+ facility starting at 5:00 PM and we do check IDs at the door. We are beginning to expand our hours on the weekends to accommodate all ages before 5:00 PM, so please check our website for updated hours and follow us on Instagram as we make updates over the next few weeks. Please note that all guests under 18 during our all-ages hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
what is the usual waitlist time?
Currently we are not able to estimate wait times - this is because we operate based on capacity/number of guests in the building. Due to the nature of our concept and the volume of different experiences within our venue, we are not able to accurately estimate how long people will stay in the building. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all of our walk-in guests to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that all guests on the waitlist will get to join us as availability is first come, first serve - so we do recommend arriving as soon as possible. We do recommend making a reservation in advance if possible for this reason.
What if I am running late/stuck in traffic?
We have a 15-minute grace period for all reservations - if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, you and your party may have to wait for the next available entrance time. We do encourage you to call and notify us if you are running late and we will accommodate as best as we can, but we cannot guarantee that we will have availability to push any reservations back due to current volume and demand.
what is your cancellation policy?
- A credit/debit card is required to book a reservation. No charges are applied except in the case of a late cancellation or a no show.
- We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. Please call Y3S if you are running late.
- Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time. To make sure we value the time of all customers and staff, No refunds will be honored less than 24 hours in advance.
- A $60.00 cancellation fee per reservation will be automatically charged to the card on file for all no-shows or reservations cancelled within 24-hours of the reservation time.
Can I bring a cake for a celebration?
Y3S! We offer a wonderful selection of desserts, but you are welcome to bring in a cake to celebrate with.
