How do I secure my event date?
All event date/time/spaces are booked first come, first serve upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. Once the signed contract and deposit are received, availability will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email.
All contracts and deposits are submitted through the Guest Portal (TripleSeat).
When is the final headcount due?
For most events, the final headcount and menu choices would be due 10 days prior to the event date. Once the final headcount is due, we cannot decrease the headcount from that point forward - but we can always increase if needed (should space be available). Please refer to the contract/proposal sent by your Sales Manager for more details.
Can you put a hold on my event date?
We are not able to put holds on dates or spaces as we book first come, first serve.
What do my guests do when they arrive/how do they check in?
Upon arrival, you and your guests will enter through the Reservation and Events line (to the left) and check in with a member of our door team. All guests should reference your Party Name and then our Door Team will provide the Experiences Pass and guide them to the location reserved for your event!
What if my guests don’t use their Experience Pass?
The Experience Pass comes standard with all events and are valid for the event date only.
What if we just want to play games and do not want a food package?
We do not offer reserved space for gaming only - if you are interested in joining us just for the gaming, please visit our website as we do offer Gaming Only reservations for groups up to 15.
What if we just want a reserved space for our group with games, but all want to order food individually?
We cannot offer a reserved space with individual checks, the only way to individually order is through a Gaming Only reservation which does not include a reserved space, but allows you and your guests to start individual tabs at the bar.
What if we’re late?
Please note that your event/space is reserved for your contracted time frame, so we recommend that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes early for a prompt start. In the event of a late arrival, we cannot guarantee the space beyond the contracted event time. If you arrive past your event start time, we cannot extend the time for your reserved spot.
Where do we park? Do you offer free parking?
It is paid parking at The Works via the ParkMobile App - however; Your 3rd Spot offers complimentary 3-hour parking - CLICK HERE

Please note that parking can be limited so we recommend ride sharing when possible and/or allowing extra time to find parking.
How do you determine the space(s) reserved for my group?
We propose space that will best accommodate your total headcount. While we are an open concept venue, we require designated space to be reserved for your event. The space(s) reserved would serve as a home base during your time with us, where food and beverage would be served. This space is dedicated to you and your group only, and you are able to go in and out of the space as you please for gaming.
Can I host a meeting?
We do have the ability to host meetings at Y3S! We do not have traditional meeting rooms/meeting spaces, but we do have the ability to get creative depending on your group size and the type of meeting. Please ask your Sales Manager for more details!
Do you open early for events?
We do have the potential to open early for events - however, there are guest count minimums and spend minimums that are required. Please ask your Sales Manager for more details.
What if everyone just wants to pay individually?
We are not able to accept individual payments for group events - all payment would be processed to the card on file used to book.
If guests are looking to purchase food/beverage on an individual basis, they are welcome to do so through our main bar
Can we order a la carte?
We are able to offer drinks on consumption, but we cannot accommodate food based on consumption. This is due to our menu being comprised of small plates/tapas style items (we do not offer traditional entrees) - so we limit a la carte or consumption based ordering to groups of 8 or less. This is to ensure the service, wait times for food and quality of items are not sacrificed.
Do you have private/enclosed space or meeting rooms?
We do not have any completely enclosed or private spaces at Your 3rd Spot - our design is intentionally open concept to allow for guests to move throughout Y3S to enjoy over 70 different games and experiences. However; We have dedicated spaces for events which provide your guests with exclusively reserved space - essentially serves as a "home base" during your event.
Do we have to have the Experience Passes (game passes?)
All events include a space fee/rental which includes Experiences Passes for all guests which come standard for all events. The Experiences Pass gives your guests unlimited access to all gaming throughout the venue - rather than have tokens or credits, the Experiences Pass is a card that they tap to activate any arcade style gaming. Not all games require the Experiences Pass for activation.
