Is there a requirement to be within a certain area to join?
As long as you're located within the Greater Atlanta Area, this membership is for you.
Can I cancel my membership whenever I want?
Yes! You simply visit the profile section of your membership page for easy cancellation.
Can I get my membership pro-rated if I cancel 2 days after purchase?
No, but your membership benefits will stay active until the end of your billing cycle, so you can continue to take advantage of all of your perks.
When will I be billed for my membership?
Annually after your initial sign up.

How do I find my Member Perks?
All of your Member Perks can be found in your Member Portal.
What ages can become members?
Right now membership is offered to guests over the age of 21.
While we love welcoming in families, please note that Y3S is family friendly with the presence of an adult during select hours. An adult 18+ is required for entry with any minors, and must accompany them the entire duration of their visit.
Are there times my membership is not valid?
Only for full-facility or ticketed events. These will be posted on social media as they occur. Follow our Instagram page here.
CAN I WALK-IN ANY DAY THAT MY MEMBERSHIP IS VALID?
Y3S! Although we always recommend making a reservation for the most seamless experience.

CAN I use my Free guest Entry anytime?
Free Guest Entry is redeemable once per month. It does not roll over from month to month.
How many guests can I bring to a Member Event?
Each member can bring one guest to Member Events. Any additional guests will need to purchase entry or use a Guest Pass to attend.
Do I need to reserve my spot for Member Events?
Y3S! Some Member Events have limited capacity, so we highly recommend making a reservation as soon as registration opens to make sure you save your spot.
How does the Member Passport work?
Every member event you attend earns you a sticker, and as you collect stickers throughout the year, you'll unlock different membership milestones and rewards.
