Can I buy a membership if I'm outside of 5 miles?
At launch, membership is only available to those who live or work within 5 miles as we’re dedicated to ensuring our members can get maximum value from it.
Can I cancel my membership whenever I want?
Yes! You simply visit the profile section of your membership page for easy cancellation.
Can I get my membership pro-rated if I cancel 2 days after purchase?
No, but your membership benefits will stay active until the end of your billing cycle, so you can continue to take advantage of all of your perks.
Can I buy a 3rd Spot Membership now?
Y3S! Memberships are be available to load directly into your Apple or Android Wallet or you can pull up from your email! No physical card required.
When will I be billed for my membership?
Annually after your initial sign up.
FAQs
What happens if my card is lost?
There is no physical card for your Y3S membership! It’s always accessible from your phone.
What ages can become members?
Right now membership is offered to guests over the age of 21.
While we love welcoming in families, please note that Y3S is family friendly with the presence of an adult during select hours. An adult 18+ is required for entry with any minors, and must accompany them the entire duration of their visit.
Are there times my membership is not valid?
Only for full-facility or ticketed events. These will be posted on social media as they occur. Follow our Instagram page here.
CAN I WALK-IN ANY DAY THAT MY MEMBERSHIP IS VALID?
Y3S! Although we always recommend making a reservation for the most seamless experience.
