The Cornhole Arena feels like you are outdoors and is connected to the 4 thousand square foot patio
by large garage doors. The space can easily be converted for large events and rotating “yard games”.

Y3S Cabanas can be reserved for groups from 4-40 people with an upscale,
yet casual feel that marries analog games with a great spot to dine and connect.

The Y3S Cafe is anchored by a 50-foot full-service bar and casual seating for guests
to dine, drink and enjoy games that can be ordered at the bar or on the app.

The mezzanine includes 2 VIP cabanas and 3 VIP seating sections as well as several table games and
3rd Spot Curling. Bands and DJs plug in on the mezz to elevate the vibe for peak days and special events.
