Available Friday - Sunday for groups of up to 25 guests. 

Bowling packages include 2 hours of reserved bowling. The number of lanes reserved will be based on your final guest count and venue configuration. Bowling takes place during your 2-hour reserved event time unless otherwise confirmed.

Fountain soft drinks and juice are included during the 2-hour reserved portion. Filtered water is available throughout the venue.

IS OUR SPACE PRIVATE?

Your group will have a reserved home base selected by group size and availability. The celebration takes place within the energy of Your 3rd Spot and is not private unless specifically contracted.

CAN WE REQUEST A CABANA OR SPECIFIC AREA?

You may share a preference and we will review availability. Specific spaces are not guaranteed within the standard package.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE BOOK?

Bookings are available from 48 hours to 4 weeks before the event, subject to availability.

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?

Your reserved home base is available for 2 hours. Experiences Passes are active for 3 hours.

CAN WE ADD MORE FOOD OR DRINKS?

Yes. Guests may order additional items during the event, subject to availability. Package upgrades can also be selected in advance.

WHAT IF WE NEED MORE CUSTOMIZATION?

Custom menus, guaranteed private space, branding, audiovisual support, entertainment, or more detailed service needs move into our standard events process. Inquire Here.

CAN OUR GUEST COUNT CHANGE?

Yes. Book for your minimum expected count and increase the number until 24 hours before the event, subject to availability and the 25-guest package limit. The final count is locked 24 hours before the event.

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?

Daytime packages include fountain soft drinks and juice during the reserved portion. Evening beverages are purchased individually from the bar.

WHAT DOES BOWLING INCLUDE?

Bowling packages include 2 hours of reserved bowling. The number of lanes is based on final guest count and venue configuration.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Reach out to your Y3S Sales Manager to confirm cancelation options. 
  • Within 72 hours or more before the scheduled event: Full refund
  • Within 48 hours before the scheduled event: 50% refund
  • 24 hours or less before the scheduled event, including no-shows: No refund
Cancelation timeframes are based on the scheduled event date and time.
