Raised To Lead in Hospitality
Noah’s path into hospitality was sparked years before he entered the business during a meaningful conversation with his grandfather, a professional chef who instilled in him a deep appreciation for food, family, and connection. What began as curiosity quickly became passion, not just for food, but for the way hospitality makes people feel: fulfilled, cared for, and part of something.
His education at Kennesaw State University, where he studied Business Communications and Marketing, helped build the foundation for his leadership style. With early ventures in entrepreneurship and a love of business law and macroeconomics, Noah brings a sharp, strategic lens to service and operations. He credits his dad and his college calculus professor, Mr. C, as major influences, both of whom pushed him to think deeper, act with integrity, and show up as the best version of himself.
Noah’s JourneyNoah heard about Your 3rd Spot through a friend who had told him about the culture, the food and the opportunity to be a part of something special. He took the leap and never looked back.
From the floor to the forefront, Noah’s evolution at Your 3rd Spot is a standout example of personal growth powered by purpose. Beginning as an AMPlifier, he quickly became known for his composure, intuition, and the ease with which he made others feel welcomed and supported. Everyone loved seeing Noah on expo as he brought calm to the chaotic, and brought a sense of excellence to each shift. His consistency and steadiness in this role would become his trademark throughout his journey at Y3S.
From here, he was challenged to the role of Experience Lead, a vastly different, more guest facing role, particularly in the Garden where logistics, leadership, and urgency converge into a high pressure symphony. Noah conquered that challenge with the same qualities that earned him status as a Senior LEAD, blending empathy, precision, and presence to elevate both the guest and team experience. It takes a special talent to manage the role with poise, while keeping hospitality at the forefront, and Noah has done so spectacularly.
Reflection & GrowthAt Y3S, Noah is most proud of his internal growth. He’s stepped far outside of his comfort zone, transforming from reserved to confident, and now serving as a consistent cultural pillar for the team. His contributions go beyond the floor, as Noah was tasked with an important, company-wide project with the rollout of mobile ordering. Although this could have been an intimidating challenge, Noah attacked it with his signature calm, analytic approach - evolving it steadily, letting data and real time feedback guide the way. He cites the entire operations leadership team, along with Josh and Doug, as key mentors who have shaped and challenged him.
Where Noah thrives is in situations where he can flex in his autonomy and the trust he’s earned. He feels empowered to take initiative, learn more, and stretch into new areas - always with the support of a team that feels more like family.
Now Noah’s journey takes another step forward into a new challenge as Sales Manager under the mentorship of Jess Rooks where he will apply his thoughtful, empathetic approach to building memorable, impactful experiences for groups of all sizes. An opportunity he earned through his consistency and trust in his journey. He embraces this challenge with his trademark stoicism and adaptability. This isn’t a finish line, just another opportunity to prove himself.
