Started in Hospitality: Food Runner at Poor Calvin’s
Y3S Origin Role: AMPlifier
Current Role: Experience Lead

From the floor to the forefront, Noah’s evolution at Your 3rd Spot is a standout example of personal growth powered by purpose. Beginning as an AMPlifier, he quickly became known for his composure, intuition, and the ease with which he made others feel welcomed and supported. Everyone loved seeing Noah on expo- he brought calm to the chaotic, and brought a sense of excellence to each shift.

Today, as an Experience Lead, particularly in the Garden, he brings those same qualities into leadership — blending empathy, precision, and presence to elevate both the guest and team experience.

Noah’s path into hospitality was sparked years earlier during a meaningful conversation with his grandfather, a professional chef who instilled in him a deep appreciation for food, family, and connection. What began as curiosity quickly became passion — not just for food, but for the way hospitality makes people feel: fulfilled, cared for, and part of something.

His education at Kennesaw State University, where he studied Business Communications and Marketing, helped build the foundation for his leadership style. With early ventures in entrepreneurship and a love of business law and macroeconomics, Noah brings a sharp, strategic lens to service and operations. He credits his dad and his college calculus professor, Mr. C, as major influences — both of whom pushed him to think deeper, act with integrity, and show up as the best version of himself.

At Y3S, Noah is most proud of his internal growth. He’s stepped far outside of his comfort zone — transforming from reserved to confident, and now serving as a consistent cultural pillar for the team. His contributions go beyond the floor, notably assisting in the buildout of the OneDine system, a major operational upgrade for the brand. He cites the entire operations leadership team, along with Josh and Doug, as key mentors who have shaped and challenged him.

What Noah loves most about his role is the autonomy and trust he’s earned. He feels empowered to take initiative, learn more, and stretch into new areas — always with the support of a team that feels more like family.
