From Decatur, Georgia, Milton White is the youngest of three children and someone who has always carried a natural spark for cooking. What began with meals alongside his mother and grandmother turned into a lifelong pursuit of growth, excellence, and leadership. His journey into hospitality started humbly at First Watch, where he entered as a busser and worked his way to Kitchen Manager. Along the way, he learned the value of discipline, perseverance, and a willingness to bet on himself.

When Milton joined Your 3rd Spot, he took a step back in title to start as a line cook. He knew there was more to learn, and he invested in himself by embracing one of the busiest kitchens in the industry. He took on the hardest stations during our biggest events and proved that his discipline, consistency, and attitude could carry him through any challenge. Every shift, whether hectic or slow, Milton brought the same positive energy and signature smile. His consistency has made him one of the most trusted leaders in the building.

Milton has been mentored by culinary legend Chef Juan “Chino” Lopez, who challenged him to step outside of his comfort zone and to embrace the true meaning of leadership. With Chino’s guidance, Milton has gone beyond mastering execution. He has embraced the reality that leadership is no longer about his own hands, but about his ability to build, inspire, and develop a team whose work reflects his standards.

Milton is also a passionate trainer. He has spent countless hours welcoming new team members into the kitchen, teaching them, and setting the tone for what excellence looks like. He lifts others as he climbs, making sure that growth is not only his own but shared across the entire team. Guests often see Milton late at night in the Garden, talking with them about their food and thinking of ways to enhance their dining experience.

He embodies the values of Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose. He shows that when you work hard, invest in yourself, and bring consistency every day, growth and recognition will follow.

Milton takes pride in his craft, pride in his team, and pride in representing what is possible when grit meets opportunity. His journey at Your 3rd Spot is proof that those who are willing to step forward, even when the path is uncertain, will find themselves leading the way.
