Guest Experiences Manager
Born and raised in Riverdale, Georgia, Acacia always had a natural curiosity. She was interested in what made things work. Always wanting to understand and find the answers- she gravitated towards math and science. The passion was so strong she went on to study cell and molecular biology in college. However, she found her curiosity was most satisfied when it came to people, and working with others is where she truly flourished.
Acacia’s first job in hospitality was as a bagger at Publix Supermarkets. Here she first discovered the power of making a positive impact on others through service. At just 21, Acacia stepped into a demanding leadership role as General Manager for Dunkin’, where she built and led a team, strengthened operations, and drove results during a challenging period. These experiences helped Acacia develop a management style grounded in unshakable grit, compassion, and accountability that she demonstrates daily.
Acacia’s journey eventually brought her to Y3S. Looking for a change of scenery and the right culture for her to grow in, she was drawn to Y3S by the culture and how hospitality forward the operations were- she hadn’t seen anything like it.
Starting as a Connector, Acacia quickly grew the attention of her peers with her teamwork, communication, and professionalism. She embraced the systems and structure that made Y3S go, and eventually began contributing to them. Her hard work earned her the opportunity to join the bar team where she continued to excel, developing systems with the bar team, and even nominated by her peers to become a LEAD.
Acacia embodies grit, adaptability and consistency. It’s her ability to show up consistently and be dependable that is her superpower. Never seeking the spotlight, she does the work, trusting that the right opportunities will follow.
Now Acacia takes the next step becoming a Guest Experiences Manager, coming full circle in her journey at Y3S, now overseeing and supporting the Connector department where she started. Acacia is most excited to continue building the team and developing lasting relationships. She wants to be known as a leader who is “unconditional” in her support and standards, embodying the servant leadership that has helped her grow be of service to others.
Her journey continues…
